General Assembly's Data Analytics Immersive is 480+ hours of live instruction focusing on different data analysis techniques. Throughout the program I have become proficient in various data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

Communications
I worked closely with the Executive Director to liaise all communications with six offices located across Africa. I also prepared the Annual Report for the year 2022 gathering all data from and working with relevant stakeholders from all six country offices and the Head Office(HQ).

Due to request for consultation from start-ups, I began advising. I provided advice in several areas - operations, marketing strategy and execution, customer relationship and experience management, automations and integrations and process improvements. In addition, launched direct primary care practice for a start-up - managing and implementing set-up of necessary systems. Developed training materials for customer service, patient experience and operations. Also led design of marketing materials and website.

As community development leader entering a new market, I created quantitative and qualitative market research and analysis framework sourced from diverse sets of data for a more strategic market activation and build-out of robust referral channels. Also led/managed the creation and implementation of new processes working alongside a spectrum of stakeholders ranging from care providers such as physicians and health coaches, management teams, tech engineering teams and external partners to streamline changes more effectively.
